Cancellation policy, exceptions to the right of cancellation & cancellation form

Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions. A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor to their independent professional activity.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us (T.ESS GmbH, Englschalkinger Str. 198, 81927 Munich, Telephone: +49 (0) 89 / 673597960, Email: info@tessmunich.com) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the expiry of the cancellation period.

Consequences of revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us promptly and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. This deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary to check their quality, properties and functioning.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods which are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.

How do I return an item?

Goods must be in their original packaging and unworn – only then can they be returned!

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you would like to return an item for any reason, you'll find all the information you need to complete a successful return here.

Prepare items and fill out the return form

If you would like to return an item, please enclose it along with the completed Return form in the package. This allows us to process your return quickly and issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the package. Please ensure that the item is unworn and in perfect condition.

Submit a return

Take the parcel to a parcel shop of your choice and drop it off there. Please note that you will have to pay the costs for the You have to pay for the return yourselfWe recommend that you send the package insured so that you can prove that you sent it in case of loss. Please keep the return receipt until you receive your refund.

Get a refund

Once we receive your return, we will process it within 14 days and refund your purchase amount. We will send you an email confirmation once the refund has been processed. Please note that the transfer time may vary depending on the payment method. The refund will be processed using the same method used for the original payment.

Returns from third countries such as Switzerland

Special rules apply to returns from third countries, as packages from these countries are typically subject to customs inspection. If you wish to return an item from Switzerland or another third country, you must ensure that all required customs documents are completed and correctly attached. Please note that the customer is responsible for covering all costs for returns or exchanges from a third country, including customs duties.

To ensure your return is processed smoothly, we recommend that you contact us in advance and inform us about the return from a third country. We will then provide you with all the necessary information and documents to ensure a quick and smooth return.

Please also note that we cannot accept responsibility for delays or problems caused by customs or other authorities.
