Sixteen years ago – long before sustainability was even a concept – we set out to transform the fashion industry for good. We set out to combat climate change. But we don't pretend we have all the solutions, nor do we believe we can do it alone. Because only together can and must we drive radical change to keep the climate in balance. UNDERWEAR
For more than 20 years, T.ESS GmbH has pursued the goal of providing people with functional underwear and socks of the perfect shape. This now goes beyond the product itself and also addresses all related factors. This includes, above all, resource-efficient production. It's important to us that our products don't travel halfway around the world to end up in your closet. That's why everything is designed in Germany and produced in Italy—the yarn, the packaging, and the finishing—to keep transport and communication routes as short as possible.
One of the most serious factors in online retail is returns. These are reduced by the way our functional underwear is knitted. The material is flexible, so a "misfit" is virtually impossible. The quality is high, so returns can also be avoided here. It is important that our washing recommendations are followed, as this is the only way to ensure maximum longevity and preservation of your textile, thereby preventing excessive consumption and the resulting waste, costs, and CO²2 is missing.
SUSTAINABILITY
A major ecological advantage of seamless production is that the circular knitting technology results in far less offcuts and textile waste than with conventional “cut & sew” garment production.
If your product is worn out, you can send it back to us and we will then forward the clothing to our partner near Munich, who is located not far from our office near Munich.
From here, worn textiles are incorporated into the recycling cycle and new products can be created from them.

The exclusive knit and design structure provides the wearer with a refreshing feel in summer and warm comfort in cooler seasons. Rapid evaporation and the built-in climate channels provide a cooling effect in warm environments and warming protection in winter thanks to the fabric's rapid drying. Materials such as cotton, viscose, or modal absorb moisture but transfer it very little. This can create a moisture bridge, which can lead to increased sweating or faster shivering.

3 YEAR WARRANTY
Should material or processing defects occur within a period of three years after delivery of an item purchased from www.tessunderwear.com despite proper handling, we undertake to repair, exchange, or provide an equivalent replacement free of charge, as determined by us. Further services under the warranty, in particular compensation for consequential damages, are excluded. In the event of a warranty claim, you simply need to send us the defective item along with the invoice. We will also cover the shipping costs for the goods. Our warranty, which is not limited in its geographical scope, exists in addition to your statutory warranty claims, which are also free of charge and remain your right to exercise.
