Cancellation policy, exceptions to the right of cancellation & cancellation form

Consumers have a right of withdrawal according to the following explanations. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to his commercial nor to his independent professional activity.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (T.ESS GmbH, Englschalkinger Str. 198, 81927 Munich, phone: +49 (0) 89 / 673597960, e-mail: by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter or e-mail sent by post) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the enclosed sample revocation form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of the revocation

If you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the most favorable standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged for this repayment. We may refuse to refund you until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than within fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the deadline of fourteen days.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing the quality, characteristics and functionality of the goods.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.

How do I return an item?

Goods originally packed and unworn – only then return possible!

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from us. However, if for some reason you need to return an item, here is all the information you need to make a successful return.

Prepare item and fill out return form

If you would like to return an item, please include it with the completed
return form
in the package. This will allow us to process your return quickly and arrange a refund within 14 days of receiving the package. Please make sure that the item is unworn and in perfect condition.

Post return

Take the package to a parcel store of your choice and drop it off there. Please note that you have to pay the return shipping costs yourself. We recommend that you send the package insured so that in case of loss you can prove that you sent it. Please keep the return receipt until you have received your refund.

Receive refund

After we receive your return, we will process it within 14 days and refund your purchase amount. We will send you an email confirmation as soon as the refund has been made. Please note that the transfer deadline may vary depending on the payment method. The refund will be made in the same way as the original payment.

Returns from third countries like Switzerland

Special rules apply to returns from third countries, as packages from these countries are usually inspected by customs. If you are returning an item from Switzerland or another third country, you must make sure that all required customs documents are filled out and attached correctly. Please note that the customer is responsible for paying all costs of return or exchange from a third country, including customs duties.

To ensure that your return can be processed without any problems, we recommend that you contact us in advance and inform us about the return from a third country. We will then provide you with all the necessary information and documents to ensure that the return goes quickly and smoothly.

Please also note that we cannot take responsibility for any delays or problems caused by customs or other authorities. Therefore, we recommend that you check the applicable regulations and procedures before returning the product from a third country.
